Shipping Destination and Cost
We ship within Canada.
Shipping cost: Free shipping on all orders within Canada.
Order Processing
- Order cut-off time: 14:00 EST
- Processing time: 1–3 days (Monday to Friday)
Orders placed after the cut-off time begin processing on the next business day.
Transit Time and Estimated Delivery
- Transit time: 4–6 days (Monday to Friday)
- Total delivery time: 5–9 business days
Tracking Updates
After your parcel has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking information so you can follow your shipment’s progress.
Potential Delays
If the estimated delivery timeframe has passed and your order has not arrived, please do the following:
- Review your tracking information for the most recent carrier updates.
- Allow up to two additional business days for delivery.
If your parcel is still not delivered after that, please contact us at info@mapleandvale.com and include your order number so we can assist you.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as at info@mapleandvale.com.
We can cancel orders before processing begins. Once processing has started, we are unable to cancel the order. If you still wish to return the item after delivery, you can request a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Damaged, defective, or not the correct product
If an item you receive is damaged, defective, or not the correct product, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at info@mapleandvale.com. Your message should include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear images of the product and its packaging.
Once we have reviewed and confirmed the issue, we will provide an appropriate resolution in line with our policies and applicable consumer protection laws. This includes sending a replacement at no additional cost or issuing a full refund.
