Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as at info@mapleandvale.com.
We can cancel orders before processing begins. Once processing has started, we are unable to cancel the order. If you still wish to return the item after delivery, you can request a return in accordance with our return process.
Damaged, defective, or not the correct product
If an item you receive is damaged, defective, or not the correct product, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at info@mapleandvale.com. Your message should include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear images of the product and its packaging.
